Our property services have been specifically tailored for clients living overseas who currently own, or are considering purchasing, property in the United Kingdom, particularly in London. They are, however. obviously also available to clients living in the UK.

Our clients include British expatriates who wish to keep a UK home while they are living abroad, overseas nationals who maintain a second home in the UK and indeed all those who wish to make long term investments in this property market.

We are not just another Estate Agent trying to sell you the properties currently on our books. Our services are designed with a view to acting solely on your behalf, thus enabling us to give totally impartial advice to ensure that your property transactions are completed wisely, speedily and profitably.

OUR APPROACH

Our services are designed to assist clients in finding their way through the London property labyrinth to ensure that they make the right decisions in buying, selling, letting or merely maintaining their property.

The first, and possibly the most vital, element of these services is to ensure that we are fully briefed on your current and future property requirements. Great care will then be taken in producing. for consideration and agreement, a comprehensive plan of how to deal with your needs.

This plan will indicate which of the possible choices we would recommend as suitable to your specific needs. Each assignment is different - the common thread is personalised service and attention to detail.

OUR SERVICES

Property purchases: Investigating the available properties that fit your requirements (location, price, type of property, whether for investment or as a home) and putting together a shortlist of suitable properties for your final selection. Then negotiating the best price for the selected property on your behalf and seeing the purchase through survey and exchange to completion.

Property lettings:
Ensuring that your property is let to the most suitable tenants, resulting in a proper return on your investment whilst safeguarding your interests as owner. Also, keeping you informed of anything important that occurs regarding your property.

Furnished lettings management: Representing your interests with regard to your property, whether it is let to existing tenants or left empty for those parts of the year when you are away from the UK.

Building management: Comprehensive management of blocks of flats, housing estates etc., on behalf of head landlords or Residents Associations.

Property sales: Examining in detail the best approach to selling your property and working to a comprehensive plan to ensure that it is marketed to your best advantage.

Project management: Managing on your behalf all matters in connection with property improvements and alterations, ranging from the interior design and furnishing of individual properties to major conversions and refurbishment's of blocks of flats.

Design and furnishings: Through our own Interior Designer. Drury can arrange for the interior design, decoration and furnishing of flats.  This is particularly important for rental properties, to ensure that the house or flat is presented to the best advantage.

Mortgages/Finance: While we do not act as mortgage brokers, we will try to suggest whom you can contact to arrange finance.
