Drury Estates was set up in 1987 by Ray Fry OBE ED FRICS Chartered Surveyor (now retired) and Mike Harris BSc Chartered Engineer (both of whom remain as the main shareholders).  Ray was for 13 years the Commissioner of Rating and Valuation in Hong Kong, before becoming a Partner with Knight Frank and Rutley's associate company in Hong Kong.  Mike has worked within expatriate communities for nearly twelve years and has been involved with various aspects of the residential property business for most of the past thirty-five years.  Mike is involved in the overall running of the business, and in property searches and acquisitions for clients.         

Drury Estates specialise in acting on behalf of clients in the acquisition and sale of London residential property, and also in the refurbishment, furnishing, letting and management of residential investment properties.  We concentrate in London, partly because we feel that we can best provide a full professional service in an area we know well, but also because we consider this to have proved over the years to be the most suitable location in the UK in investment terms (both for letting return where relevant and for potential capital growth).
